How to get hierarchical data from data model to OIC integration?

Summary:

Hi Experts,

In Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP, I make a data model and it has hierarchical structure. I would like to call it from an OIC integration and extract data from it. I used to make data model and generate report in flat CSV format, that can be retrieved on OIC by a SOAP connection to call a report service.

Is it feasible for hierarchical data model? If yes, it's highly appreciated if some one can provide document links and examples.
