Add a Nonwoker - Person Type LOV issues after 23D

Summary:

Added few Nonwoker user person types. When adding a nonworker, the Person Type LOV in Assignment (Employment) section shows duplicate 'User Person Types'

This is not happening in the RUI Page

but happens when using this Navigation:

This is is happening only to the User added Assignment Person Types. The issue also surfaces in 'Eligibility Profile' Page
