Work Pattern Duration and Standard Working Hours Validation

Summary: We are currently testing the new Redwood Work Patterns functionality. We have found that Work Patterns has validation between the total shift duration of the week and the Standard Working Hours, the two have to be in line. This is fine for most cases, however we have found one scenario that this feature is restricting:

This employee is on a 2 week pattern where they work compressed hours. They contractually work 40 hours a week, and are paid salary for 40 hours a week, however, they work more hours on week 1 so they can have a day off on week 2 (typically called ’10 in 9’).
