Recommended Procedure for Enrolment of Employees into Mandatory Compliance courses with expiry

Summary:

Scenario: We have compliance courses with predefined expiry rules where an employee is mandated to redo the course upon the expiry.

Ex: Course ABC is defined with a validity period of three years and next renewal can be initiated 90 days prior to the Expiry

What is the best approach to enroll the employee, so that the reenrollment is taken care.

Other Scenarios

Scenario 1: Enrollment at the Offering level for a course with expiry

Current Status: Employees enroll themselves to the offering and complete the course. Example as below.

In Progress: 70

Completed: 850

Not Started:10

Requirement: Create Learning initiative based on the position.
