Automatically exclude absent employees from auto OTBI enrollments

Summary:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We are getting a lot of heat to find a solution for removal/suspension of enrollments of people who are on sick/maternity leave and also for people on garden leave.

My managers are curious how this issue is managed in bigger organisations. Our bigger competitors mostly use Cornerstone On Demand which is a different animal so we cannot compare really.

I would love to hear experiences from peers. There is a lot of manual work that we want to get rid of but I dont see any solution. We uae a lot of required initiatives with OTBI analyses. Using "Suspended" profile is not an option for our HR colleagues.

Howdy, Stranger!
