I have some questions:

  1. If a customer wants to apply CWBs - is the process that an SR must be raised to request that?
  2. Does the same apply for Monthly Maintenance Packs - that if an issue arises and the fix is included in a Monthly Maintenance Pack - the customer must raise an SR to request the maintenance pack to be applied?
