how to make Action Code and Country as lovs in HSDL template

Summary:

When creating a HSDL template for Hires and assignment updates, I observed some of filed coming as LOVs by design.

Like Legislation Code.

If we look at the proprieties we can as see below.

Using similar logic I made Position Code as LOV. Actually Position ID attribute is LOV by design/delivered.

I copied the View Business object code "Position Id" field to "Position Code"

So my question is where can I find the sytax of all the different objects ?

Or How can I make the Action Code and Country fields as LOVs in the HSDL template.
