can global access group considers the recent data changes on employee record

Summary:

Hi,


We have created a Global access group based on a Legal entity and Job criteria and tagged to a course. Currently, 100 employees got selected using this criteria.

If in future, there are few more employees who meet this criteria (due to promotion or transfer or new joiners) - will those got selected automatically or we need to add them manually to the group / course?

As of now, for future employees it's not working?


Is there anything in the set up we need to do?
