Absence Types in Entry LOV not displaying First Time

Summary:

I have updated a Fast Formula linked to an Eligibility Profile . This is attached to an Absence Type as eligibility profile. When I then query an Employee, who qualifies for the Absence Type, via Absence Administration and go to select the Add then Absence from the LOV , it is not there. If I go back to the Employee's Absence admin record, re-select 'Add' and then looking in the Absence Type LOV, it it then there .

Is there a lag from updating Eligibility Prole to selecting the Absence ? This is happening to a number of Employees, but not all .

Once there it appears to remains. Concerns is this is very random ?
