Review Project Performance Data - PR in the current Month with Expenditure Item date in future Month

Summary:

Hi

We have a scenario where we have a PR booked in current month let' s say in the month of January 2024 with expenditure item date of April 2024.

After the PR is booked and later Update Project Performance data is run to update commitment cost in Project.

We can see the Requisition under "Manage Commitment Cost"

However in Review Project Performance page under ITD Commitment Cost we cannot see the commitment cost for the Display period January -24 , but the same can be viewed when the Display period is April - 24.

Is there any set up which can show the commitment in current period for PR with future Expenditure Item date or this is as per Oracle where commitment cost reporting under Review Project Performance is in sync with Expenditure Item Date.
