Hi Team,

Greetings!

we are trying to connect to an ATP Database via VBCS Application in OIC. However, we are receiving an error as follows -

Failed to verify the target database. Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12529, TNS:connect request rejected based on current filtering rules (CONNECTION_ID=px2RLwNASViAX4TBgzOMag==). Admin connection to target database failed with user: ADMIN
