Do we have Rest Api's or any other way to duplicating Approved Budget version for multiple projects

Summary:

We are in a situation, We have enabled Budgetary controls on a Financial Plan Type after creating approved budget versions for good number of projects, because of enabling Budgetary controls recently, we are not able to create new budget versions with same FPT on the existing projects, reason is project is not enabled for budgetary controls. Now we have only alternative is duplicating the approved budget version and create new version and baseline, but it should be done from UI and for a project at a time. we need a way to create duplicate budget version in bulk. when i
