Update Project Forecast Using ADFDI but Nothing Happens

I am trying to update/adjust a project forecast using ADFDI, but it is not working. I am able to 'export to excel' within the project and successfully connect to ADFDI. But when I try to export the forecast after adjusting/adding a new line, the line vanishes or goes back to its original pre-adjusted number. Nothing gets imported into Oracle & there are no errors to work off of.
