Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Hi all, we have enabled oracle celebrate. If an employee is recognizing his/her peer then a third employee is not able to view the recognition to like or comment on the same.

Only employee who has recognized and the employee who has received the recognition is able to view it.

In a nutshell, employees are not able to view recognition across the organization
