Good morning,

Our organisation is looking to reduce the validity period for some of our courses, instead of expiring every 3 years, we are looking to expire them after 2 years. We are looking into the best way to implement this without affecting the user experience too much.

Would it make more sense to change the validity period on the existing course, warning users that they may suddenly find themselves needing to renew the course sooner than expected?

Has anyone implemented such a change and how did it go, what were some issues you encountered?
