Can we define grade rates based on years of service?
Hello All,
Our requirement is as follows:
A list of grade values have been defined on system: M1, 1A, M2 , 1B, OS1 , 2A, OS2 , 2B, OS3 , 3A ,OP1A , 3B , C3, OP1B , 4A , C4, OP2A , 4B, OP2B , 5A, OP3 , 5B
For employee with grade value M1 & 1 year of work experience, we want the following salary to be displayed 276205.82
For employee with grade value M1 & 2 years of work experience, we want the following salary to be displayed 277411.64
For employee with grade value M1 & more than 5 years of work experience, we want the following salary to be displayed 281029.1
Is it possible to define grade rates based on years of service?
