ADF Error when trying to access Document Records through Person Spotlight

Hi Experts!

We were facing an issue (ADF ERROR) when trying to access 'Document Records' from Person Spotlight by logging in as a user. The issue only seems to generating in PROD when logged in as the same user in TEST it was working. And when I checked the roles and privileges everything was provided exactly as in TEST. One thing which I noticed was for that employee a transaction was in a failed status. Even when replicating the same scenario in TEST by erroring out the transaction it seems to be working fine in TEST. But we couldn't replicate the same
