Issue with Attachments in 'Review Dispatch List' for Inspections

Summary:

Hello experts,

I have a question regarding reporting an 'inspect' through the 'Review Dispatch List.' 

The question relates to the behavior of attachments. 

I am attaching a document in one of the inspections at the inspection level and expect to see it in the next station. 

Currently, I have two issues: 

1. The document does not transfer to the next station.

2. Even when I attached the document, through 'Quality -> review inspect,' the document appears, but there is no indication, such as a change in form, that there is an attachment in the inspection.
