I'd like to know the table name for locating the current term of the absence plan. The table where you can identify the start month of the plan is ANC_ABSENCE_PLANS_F. This works well for absence plans with the term type 'Calendar Year'.

However, it becomes challenging when dealing with absence plans of the 'Anniversary Year' type, as workers may have different anniversary dates, such as 6/12/XXXX for one worker and 5/8/XXXX for another.
