Summary:

Our client has set an approval rule for Manage of Areas of Responsibility, which is set to Self Auto Approve and then an FYI should be sent to a specific user.

However, the notification that the FYI recipient is getting has no transaction details. We tried to interchange the Self Auto Approve and FYI but we are still getting the same issue. I think presumably because it is set to Self Auto Approve. I've read somewhere this bug is already fixed. This was initially fixed during 19B and then 20A but only for some Employment Related transactions.
