Item Structure at Organization level is not collected in Plan inputs

Created an Item and Item structure for the item in PIM. Item was created in IMO and was associated with another Organization. Ran collections for ''reference data'' which includes items, item structures e.tc .

Checked ''Plan inputs -> Item structures'' and item structure is only collected for IMO. Item structure at assigned Organization level is not collected. Because of this BOM is not exploding in Supply Plan.
