Drill down is not available for viewer users

Summary:

We built a report with drill-down option available on its rows, this feature works properly for Service Administrators but not for Viewers Users. The report is connected to Planning databases and security to dimensions is set correctly. do you know if viewers role has this limitation, which other issue could be?
