Revision Upgrade on manfacturing

need your help a.s.a.p.

we need to do upgrade some old products, I mean we have on stock few products with old revision and we need to do some actions and to upgrade them.

Fo example products with revision A1 we want to upgrade to A2.

For that we need to do some actions on production and to replace few component.

In EBS we opened none standard job to the assembly with the new revision then issue the serial of the assembly with the old revision (issue or reorder the additional component) and after completion we get the same item ,same serial with the new revision.
