Withdrawing a clause from approval workflow

Summary:

I have a clause stuck in pending approval, it is not assigned to anyone. I have updated the approval rules in BPM, I would like to Stop Approval so I can resubmit. However when I hit Stop Approval, i get the following error message:

You must be the initiator of the approval process or have permission to perform this action. (OKC-196211)

I have Enterprise Contract Administrator and Enterprise Contract Manager role. What other permission do I need to stop approval?
