Cannot read JPEG2000 image: Java Advanced Imaging (JAI) Image I/O Tools are not installed

Has anyone faced the below error message?

After the review cycle started, the reviewer tried accessing the "Review" tab on the left to add review comments and got this error message if this pop-up closes, it does not show the doclets to add review comments, it's a show stopper. I thought the issue was with images so I removed all images and tried but still, the issue persist.

Any leads are appreciated. SR has been raised for this.
