Reminder Email for Pending/Overdue Questionnaires

Hi Everyone,

I am using the 'Send Response Reminder' functionality in initiative to remind about pending/overdue responses for Supplier/Internal responder.

While the responder is receiving the bell icon notification about it, but they are not getting any emails for the reminders. How can I enable the email notifications to be sent for reminders.

I had enabled the Profile Value 'PO_CONTROL_SUPPLIER_COMMUNICATION' but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
