Unable to upgrade the feature in 23 B of Absence Management

Summary:

Hi All, We are trying to upgrade the feature in 23B which includes the display of absences in time card with the absence UOM is days.

For this, we are following step by step process which is mentioned doc, But when we are trying to submit a process called Run Feature Upgrade, system is not showing list of values under Features drop down.

Could anyone please help out on this.
