Need help in getting XML for delivered manage DOR post approval report

Hello team, we are currently in Post Go live support and client wants us to modify the notification template for DOR workflow. To proceed with the requirement we would need the XML file for delivered 'manage DOR post approval report'. We couldn't able to get it so can you please help.

By running its data model (manage DOR post approval), in the data page, when I click view-> export option I couldn't get the xml file. the error says failed to save data model.
