I would like to use Flexfield in fast formula

That After you deploy the flexfield, you can generate database items for the flexfield for use in your formulas and extracts by submitting the Generate Flexfield Database Items process from the Payroll Checklist or Payroll Administration work areas.

My question is what if I don't have the payroll module , how can I reach Payroll Checklist or Payroll Administration

Is it possible the run the process by Tools-Scheduler process?
