Generate blank BIP report

Hi Team,

We have a BIP report in Oracle fusion that has a bursting code. This works fine when there is data for report. However, if no data is returned by the underlying SQL, the bursting fails and causes the status of report to show as "Error". We have requirement where expection is to implement any of the one below option:

  1. Report to be generated with no data inside except header. For this option, we are aware about workaround of sending dummy values or NULL using UNION query when no data available but is there any way to avoid this also and send an empty report having only headers?
