Business Title Switcher Displaying ID for Delegate Managers

Summary:

We are seeing that when Delegate Managers view employment info for their delegated employees, the business title value is showing as an ID, not as the combination that we have defined. We are using the responsive page for employment info and still using the legacy business title switcher at this point. The issue is not there at all for Managers or for HR users.


Has anyone experienced this issue? Or does anyone have thoughts on what could be causing it? I will attach an image.
