Where can we see lease approver name

Summary:

We have enabled lease transaction approval from system options.

The lease is routed to supervisor as expected. However, once approved the approver name is not recorded any where. We can neither find it in the front end nor the back end. The tables FLA_LEASE_DETAILS and FLA_LEASE_DETAILS_HIST have the value OCLOUD9_osn_APPID in the approved by column. This is not the name of the user who approved the lease
