Summary:

Some users are receiving Error Codes:  OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P when attempting to access a OTBI Dashboard. However, other users are able to access the dashboard without issue.

We have taken the following steps to troubleshoot:

  • Checked data access and BI roles
  • Cleared cache
  • Attempted different browsers.

None of this has been successful. What else could be causing this issue? How can we fix this error?
