NR: opening doclet generates a blank login page in Smartview

Hi all

We have seen the attached screenshot where when we try to open a Doclet via SmartView, we see a blank Login page.

After 5 or 6 tries,

then we can connect.

Can someone let me know what could be the root cause here?
