Payment File submission to Natwest Bankline using BI Publisher deemed now as non compliant

Summary:

Natwest Bankline contacted us late 2023 to state that the OracleCorp XML Publisher software that is used to SFTP the payment file across as being Non-Compliant as it uses the weak ssh-rsa for host key and public key exchanges.

Has anyone else whose Accounts Payables team who sends payments files from Oracle Cloud Fusion to Natwest Bankline service been contacted by Bankline regarding this issue?

AP Payment files are set up in Manage Transmission Configurations to be sent to Natwest Bankline. This process has been working without issue since October 2021. Natwest contacted us recently and stated that because non compliant software is being used then Bankline had stated: "Failure to act on this notice will be at your own risk, and we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of continued use of non-compliant cryptography."
