Ethnicity and Race for Worker

Unable to upload Ethnicity & Race values for worker. Requesting any working template with sample data

While adding Person Ethnicity related fields in HSDL template, the upload fails with an error - java.lang.NullPointerException at oracle.apps.hcm.people.core.protectedModel.entity.EthnicityEOImpl.validateEntity(EthnicityEOImpl.java:72)

Tried adding lookup code, meaning, meaning with Tag, view object and everything - still it fails. Can someone please share working copy of template or screenshot of Ethnicity config? Also, how is the "Race" uploaded via template?
