What happens when the last sequence of the serial number is used/generated ?

Summary:

If i have set serial number starting as 0000 and when upto 9999 are used. What number it will take after 9999 ? will it reset to 0000 automatically ? or do we need to reset it manually ?

Serial number generation is set at Inventory org level. Details as below.
