Is there any way to Simplify ADFDI Price/Discount Upload ?

Use Case:

The business has 3 Discount Rules in a Discount List. All rules are attribute based, the attributes includes: Zone & Item Category. The current records in the Discount Line will be :6 Zones, 500 Categories.

Total Records in each Rule: 6*500=3000 Lines

So each Rule will be having these 3000 lines. If the user has to update the discounts, 3000 rows needs to be updated. Is there any way to Extract the Discount Lists based on Zone for all the Rules at once and Upload the same.
