Approve Reject Button not displaying in DOR Email notifications

Summary:

Approve Reject Button not displaying in DOR Email notifications even after enabling all Profile options.

The "Make Notification Actionable" is also enabled for the task.

As per RTF, “APPROVE” and “REJECT” button will be displayed if the below highlighted parameters are set as given below. But even if the parameters are set, during runtime system is not picking it up.
