Is there any possibility of display two separate templates, One for email Notification and another for HCM Notification(Bell icon)

Below are the Steps followed 

1)Initiated Promotion Process from Manager login for an employee(My teams>>My teams>>Promotion)

2)Received Email notification for Approver

3)Received HCM notification for Approver

There are four sections in email Notification and HCM Notification(Bell icon)

1)Promotion (Header)

2)Promotion Details

3)Employee Details

4)Approvers


Current Behavior

1)All four sections are displaying in email Notification

2)All four sections are displaying in HCM Notification(Bell icon)

Expected Behavior

1)Only Two sections should display in email Notification (Promotion (Header) & Approvers)
