Modify VBCS Instance in VB Studio

Summary:

We are using VB Studio and workspaces to build our VBCS applications, VB Studio was configured to use the DEV Vbcs instance, we want to change/configure to use a different instance (UAT instead of DEV).

How do we configure or where do we configure this, I have gone through the documentation but I have found a very little information on modifying the vbcs instance which VB Studio is talking to.

Can anyone please point me to the right direction?
