How to add custom Notes type in Shipping UI?

Summary:

Our customer have requirement to add certain information to shipping transaction after shipment is closed for e.g. Proof of delivery.

We tried to have DFF update after shipment that seems to be not possible. But Notes is enable to add. It has 2 types Routing and Shipping Marks at header.

I wanted to add few more custom note types to store our after shipment details. In standard Lookups there is "ZMM_NOTE_TYPE" where we can add the notes type. But how we can get the custom type in Shipping UI?
