Is it possible to hide certain fields under Learning Item Type?

Summary:

Scenario: Manager assign learning item to the learner

We are trying to find out if its feasible to hide certain filters, specifically for Video and Learning Journey. We tried to do this using the page composer, but it only allows us to hide the entire Learning Item Type section.

We also checked in TDS, but it seems like it might not possible either. We looked in Cloud Customer Connect, but couldn't find any answer.
