View Matrix Class Privilege should NOT be EXACTLY same as Manage Matrix Privilege

Summary:

Currently both the privileges 'View Matrix Class' and 'Manae Matrix Class' currently gives exactly same level of access to the user. Ideally the View Matrix Class privilege should NOT allow the Users to make update or delete in the Matrix Class Setup. Hence Development team should repair the View Matrix Class privilege so that it DOES NOT allow the users to modify anything in the Matrix Class setup.
