Absence Plan ceiling limit based on length of service
Summary:
I have a requirement that says employees who are under 13 years of service should have a max ceiling limit of 1040. For employees at 13 years or
more of service, ceiling limit should be 1120.
is there a way to do this in accrual matrix or is a Fast Formula needed? Please suggest.
