Loading Learning Records Status issue

Hi All,

i have some trouble to upload Learning Records through HDL file. In fact, it goes to fail status for some records and not for all of them while it's the same HDL file, same structure, same attributes provided, for the same course.

i checked the difference between both, i only noticed the failed cases, have 2 existing learning records, one was part of learning recommendation assignment type, and another one part of voluntary assignment type.

I tried to change the status from Not started to Completed, for the cases part of voluntary assignment type. Hence i provided all the attributes i need in the HDL file, including of course the LearningRecordNumber which is The number which uniquely identifies this learning record, but for some reason the upload still goes to fail.
