The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly (Change Order 7 only)

Summary:

Purchase Order PDF for change order 7 cannot be downloaded

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

NOT an access/role issue. All users including admins can download all PDFs (whether original or change order) for the same and other business units.

The users were also able to download the original and Change orders 1 to 6 PDF successfully.

Only Change Order 7 is throwing this error.


We are using a custom BI template

Also opened an SR 3-35617259291


Any support is appreciated.
