Help Desk: Config outgoing email to company email
Rice has a @rice.edu email configured to send an email to the creator when a help desk ticket is created. This was configured by our implementation partners but not included in the configuration workbook. Where is this configuration in Oracle as we need to change the email address to a different Rice email.
