FedEx tracking number in PO

How do the business users capture the Fedex tracking number (or UPS) tracking number that is shared by the suppliers, to the Purchase orders?

Currently our suppliers share the tracking numbers of the shipments with the buyers (either Fedex or UPS). Our buyers capture that manually to the PO line comments. Our line comments are not exclusive to the tracking but can have any information (including contract numbers shared by the requesters that should serve as reference for the suppliers, and any other notes). How are you dealing with such situations in your respective organizations? Do you have separate line level DFFs to capture Fedex tracking numbers? Do you have any automation to capture that information (BOTs or Integrations)?
