Summary:

Oracle introduced some additional functionality on the Redwood page for Compensatory Plan. We are a government organization and can't allow our managers to adjust compensatory time for their direct reports. This is a large risk for us. The documentation (readiness material) doesn't state anything about turning off just that specific feature from the Redwood page? It also doesn't specify privileges or roles.

The Administrator Profile value is: ORA_ANC_PLAN_BALANCE_VBCS_UI_ENABLED so we can turn it off, however, that same profile value controls other pages as well, not just that feature.
